Notes on Tuition Fees
1. Payment can be credited to our bank account via electronic/bank transfer or made by cheque using the following currencies USD, HKD, GBP or RMB. However, cash payments can only be paid using Chinese currency (RMB). If you choose to use an electronic/bank transfer, a copy of the bank remittance, together with the child’s name should be forwarded to our office. Conversion from foreign currency to RMB will be based on the exchange rate at the time of payment..
2. All fees must be paid on or before the first day of term. Pupils may only attend school if fees have been paid.
3. Six weeks’ notice of withdrawal in writing must be given or a term’s fees will be payable in lieu of notice. Parents must ensure that written acknowledgement is received from the school following notice of withdrawal.
3. Fees for Years 10 and 11 include IGCSE Examination costs, Years 12 and 13 covers IBO Examination costs.

Deposit

A refundable deposit payable on acceptance to the school. Payment of the deposit will secure the students place at the school.
The deposit is fully refundable provided that notice of withdrawal of the pupils is given in accordance with the terms outlined by the school. Failure to provide correct notice of withdrawl will result in forfeit of the deposit. The deposit is not refundable if the puil does not attend the school after an enrolment place has been reserved.
The full refund is also dependant upon clearance from the school finance office that all accounts have been settled in full and that all school property has been returned to the school. Lost or damaged property will be charged at the prevailing replacement rate.

All students are required to wear uniform to school. There is also a separate P.E. kit. All uniform items can be purchased at the school uniform shop.

RMB50 per day - to be paid termly in advance. This is not a door-to-door service. Buses will service the main compounds and will operate on a central pick-up point basis. Routes and timings are subject to change to accommodate the student body.

RMB30 per journey - to be invoiced monthly in arrears according to usage. We are unable to service all compounds. Bus stops will be located as conveniently as possible to accommodate the majority of the student body. Routes and timings are subject to change as necessary.
