Preparing for the FutureMembers of staff are always on hand to offer support and advice whether in academic or other areas, and a system of mentoring and guidance provided by staff ensures our students make the right choices. Students in Year 10 have the opportunity to take part in the work experience programme, working alongside professionals in an industry of their choice. At the age of 16, students can take part in the International Award, formerly the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, developing community awareness, building on interpersonal skills and having fun while learning about the world around them. It is our aim to give students real-world experience, placing them in situations where they will develop the necessary skills to accomplish tasks successfully in the future. |
